Shipping policy

Shipping destinations and rates

We ship to selected worldwide destinations. Our EUR shipping rates are €10 Standard and €20 Express for EU delivery, and €8.20 Standard and €16.39 Express for export destinations. Checkout shows the applicable rates in your checkout currency.

We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan or Yemen. Check availability for your delivery address at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Standard orders ship in 1–2 business days. Express orders ship the next business day. For bank-transfer orders, dispatch times start once payment has been received.

For supported destinations worldwide, standard delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch and express delivery at 1–3 business days. Remote or rural addresses may add a few days to the delivery time.

Delivery is carried out by FedEx or another contracted carrier. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather and other transport disruptions can cause delays beyond our direct control.

If your shipment is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us at info@pure-peak.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights, including your rights relating to late delivery, non-delivery, or goods lost or damaged in transit.
